Dr. Jamie T. Pleasant is the renowned Clark Atlanta University marketing professor whose latest book, Think Rich, Act Rich, Get Rich is a practical guide to help individuals have confidence in the financial markets and help people create generational wealth.
It includes several established principles on building wealth, such as how to become a successful entrepreneur, growing a diverse economic portfolio, indexing, maintaining a good credit score and estate planning.
The book also contains principles for living a meaningful and joyful life.
“Wealth is an inside job,” Dr. Pleasant writes. “Wealth begins in the state of your mind then must be acted upon in order to reach your financial goals.”
Think Rich, Act Rich, Get Rich guides readers through the “10-15-75 principle” for managing their finances while building wealth. Each chapter provides an action plan for readers to determine how they can apply what they’ve read into positive changes in their lives.
