Sis. Hewett recently went home to be with the Lord. She was surrounded in her final moments by her loving family.

A homegoing service is scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 14, at 11 a.m. at New Hope Baptist Church, 1415 Big Bethel Road, Hampton, Va., 23666.
